In relation to service quality standards, KPEI has maintained the ISO 9001 certification since 2001 and has updated the certification to the latest version, which is ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System on November 2017 with scope including Clearing and Settlement Guarantee of Securities Exchange Transaction. ISO 9001 is a quality management standard system designed to support companies in ensuring that the needs of their customers and stakeholders are fully addressed in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations pertinent to the products and services they provide.
