As one of the Self-Regulatory Organizations, IDClear functions as a Clearing and Guarantee Institution (LKP) or Central Counterparty (CCP). Being the sole institution that conducts clearing and guarantee of securities exchange transaction settlement in the Indonesia capital market, IDClear is responsible for determining the rights and obligations to be settled (clearing function) and ensuring the settlement of securities exchange transactions (guarantee function) of each Clearing Member has been fulfilled.
