With reference to the transaction fees charged by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia as PPA, the EBUS Trade Clearing service fees that must be paid by EBUS Clearing Participants are as follows:

- The EBUS Trade Clearing service fees as referred to in number 1 do not apply to EBUS Clearing Participants who act as Counter Transaction Facilitators, namely counterparties who can act as intermediaries in the counterparty switching mechanism.
