Membership and Account Structure

Debt and Sukuk Securities (EBUS) Clearing Participants are Alternative Market Organizer (PPA) Service Users who meet IDClear's terms and conditions to obtain EBUS Trade Clearing services. The clearing facility for EBUS PPA trades uses the clearing service on the IDClear system, namely the Alternative Market Organizer Electronic Bonds Clearing System (e-BOCS PPA). EBUS Clearing Participants have the right from KPEI to obtain PPA e-BOCS clearing services using the facilities provided for the benefit of EBUS Clearing Participants as well as obtain reports and information provided regarding the PPA e-BOCS clearing. 

Referring to IDClear regulation no. V-3, the requirements to become an EBUS Clearing Participant are as follows:

  1. Have approval as a PPA Service User issued by PPA;
  2. Having a system to support operations related to EBUS Trade Clearing in accordance with the requirements set by KPEI;
  3. Ensure the security and reliability of the operational systems owned;
  4. Have standard operating procedures related to EBUS Trade Clearing operational functions;
  5. Participate in training related to EBUS Trade Clearing organized and determined by IDClear ;
  6. Have a business continuity plan, especially regarding EBUS trading in the system provided by PPA;
  7. Having and placing replacement data center facilities and disaster recovery centers related to the use of the EBUS trade clearing operational system in the territory of Indonesia in a safe and separate place from the main data center;
  8. Able to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the implementation of EBUS trade clearing;
  9. Sign an agreement to provide EBUS Trade Clearing services;
  10. Give authority to IDClear as needed in order to obtain services;
  11. Fulfill the requirements to become a KPEI Participant as intended in IDClear Regulation Number XI concerning IDClear Participants.
